2nd and Broadway 1962
Exiting the old Central Bridge from Newport, heading northwest towards the intersection of 2nd and Broadway, circa 1962. This section of the old "Bottoms" neighborhood remained as it had been since the 1830s. One can see part of the newly constructed Fort Washington Way just in front of downtown, right of center.
